Eric remodeled our basement after several contractors backed out due to the complexity. We had to grind down the basement floor, add an egress window, bathroom, closet, a customer railing (that can be removed) and redo the electrical adding a new sub-panel. It was quite a job and you can see from the pictures how it turned out. Eric was honest, skilled and hardworking, and made everything right if there was any issues. We can highly recommend his work.
